Fill Your Program With Proof, Not Promises
Enrollment Engine builds the six assets every offer needs to fill — each claim traced to your real records, objections pulled verbatim from your actual calls, and every single piece staged for your review. Nothing sends without you.

You don't need to know how to code, and you don't need to set anything up. There are two blocks below. If you can copy and paste, you can install this.
Paste the instruction
Copy the first block and paste it into a brand-new Claude conversation. Don't hit send yet — it's the note that tells Claude what to do.
Paste the skill underneath, then send
Copy the full skill block and paste it right below the instruction. Send it. Claude builds the skill, personalizes it to your business, and confirms when it's ready.
Install the skill below for me. Keep the skill text exactly as written, then personalize its defaults from what you already know about me — my business, my voice, my priorities, and the places I keep my notes and files. Confirm when it's installed and show me exactly how to run it.
--- name: enrollment-engine description: Build or refresh a complete enrollment engine for any offer from real records (transcripts, CRM, attendance, price sheet). Produces six staged assets: enrollment narrative, objection bank, member journey map, nurture sequence, warm list, and scoreboard. Use when you say "run the enrollment engine," "build the enrollment engine for [offer]," "refresh the objection bank," "build me a warm list," or want to fill a program, cohort, or membership. Nothing this skill produces ever sends, everything stages at Review. --- # Enrollment Engine A repeatable method for building an enrollment engine for any offer from real records. The method is offer-agnostic. Cheaper models run it forever because the intelligence lives in the sequence and the sourcing rules, never in improvisation. ## The Iron Rules (before anything gets written) 1. **Prices come from your canonical price source, never from memory or the prompt.** Verify the offer's pricing first against wherever your pricing is set. A price that cannot be traced does not get written. 2. **Proof comes from records.** Client stories trace to transcripts, attendance logs, or CRM receipts. A client name in any asset gets a consent flag for you. No record, no claim. 3. **Objections come from transcripts, verbatim, with timestamps.** What is NOT on record gets named in a coverage note, never invented. Your real answers beat any script. 4. **One person, one thread.** Sweep every existing outreach lane (your call and meeting records, active sequences, existing outreach lanes) before drafting a single opener. Anyone with an active thread gets a frame inside that thread, never a second one. 5. **Everything stages at Review. You send.** Relationship decisions are yours to make. Nothing sends without you. ## The Six Assets, In Order ### 1. Enrollment Narrative (the sales page) Who it is for (three named reader-personas max), the transformation, proof over promises (record-sourced stories), the offer at verified pricing, one low-friction ask. Voice per your voice guide, if you have one. Stage where sales copy lives, held OUT of any auto-publish path (check what feeds the publishers before picking a status). ### 2. Objection Bank (sell-by-chat format) Mine the actual sales conversations: search your call and meeting records for discovery calls, proposal conversations, and closes. Read full transcripts. Per objection: the pattern name, the prospect's verbatim words with timestamp and link, your actual response, and a DM-ready distillation. Close with your selling patterns (the meta-bank) and the honest coverage note of objections with zero recorded instances. ### 3. Member Journey Map (playbook entry) Enrollment day through the final term month: onboarding steps, the delivery rhythm, artifacts members receive, checkpoint moments per tier, the renewal moment and ascension path, the graduation question. Every checkpoint doubles as renewal evidence. ### 4. Nurture Sequence (14 touches, staged) Four phases mapped to how you actually sell: OPEN (genuine opener, value drop, bridge question), DEEPEN (mirror, proof story, offer explained), INVITE (direct ask, offer on paper, objection touch, honest read), DECIDE (the 3/7/10 cadence ending in a door-open close that routes to the free tier). Standing rules ride on top: personalize from real context or send nothing, any reply pauses the sequence, log every touch in your CRM. ### 5. Warm List (draft only, yours to send) Sweep your CRM, the attendance record, and any referral trails. Rank by recency of genuine motion over bulk-groomed timestamps. Exclude every name with an active thread (rule 4). Per candidate: why them (evidence), the pain hypothesis (marked as hypothesis), a drafted opener with fill-in slots for personal knowledge only you hold. Name every lane that could NOT be swept as a coverage gap. ### 6. Scoreboard (the tracker) Baseline, target, the conversion math (conversations per week needed), honest definitions (a like is never a conversation, payment is the only enrollment), and a weekly table wired to whatever review rhythm you already run. You fill the one number only you hold (verified current count). ## Delivery Standard Every asset lands in your workspace, linked from the offer's engine page. One Review card carries the whole package with the consent checks named. The final message states what was built, what is staged, and the single highest-leverage send for Monday morning.
From then on, just name your offer and say "Run the enrollment engine."

Run it for any program, cohort, or membership, and six staged assets land in your workspace — built in order, each one sourced from records instead of imagination:
1 · Enrollment Narrative
Your sales page: who it's for (three named reader-personas, max), the transformation, record-sourced proof over promises, verified pricing, and one low-friction ask — in your voice.
2 · Objection Bank
Real objections mined from your call transcripts — the prospect's verbatim words with timestamps, your actual response, and a DM-ready distillation of each. Plus an honest note on objections with zero recorded instances.
3 · Member Journey Map
Enrollment day through the final term month: onboarding steps, delivery rhythm, checkpoint moments per tier, the renewal moment, and the graduation question. Every checkpoint doubles as renewal evidence.
4 · Nurture Sequence
Fourteen touches across four phases — Open, Deepen, Invite, Decide — with standing rules on top: personalize from real context or send nothing, and any reply pauses the sequence.
5 · Warm List
Real candidates swept from your CRM, attendance records, and referral trails, ranked by genuine recent motion — each with the evidence for why them, a pain hypothesis clearly marked as hypothesis, and a drafted opener.
6 · Scoreboard
Your baseline, your target, the conversion math, and honest definitions: a like is never a conversation, and payment is the only thing that counts as an enrollment.
Everything stages at Review. You send.
That's the iron rule this whole skill is built on. Prices come only from your canonical price source, never from memory. Client stories trace to transcripts and receipts, and any client name carries a consent flag for you to clear. Objections nobody actually voiced get named in a coverage note instead of invented. And nobody with an active thread ever gets a second one — one person, one thread.

Most enrollment pushes get built from memory and hope. This one refuses to — five iron rules run before a single word gets written, so every asset can answer one question: where did that claim come from?
No record, no claim
Prices verify against your canonical price source. Proof traces to transcripts, attendance logs, or CRM receipts. A price that can't be traced doesn't get written — which means you never publish a claim you'd have to walk back.
The objections are real, word for word
The bank mines your actual discovery calls and closes — verbatim quotes with timestamps, alongside what you actually said back. Your real answers beat any script, and what's not on record gets named honestly instead of made up.
One person, one thread
Before drafting a single opener, the skill sweeps every existing outreach lane. Anyone with an active thread gets framed inside that thread, never handed a second one. Your pipeline grows without anyone feeling processed.
The intelligence lives in the sequence
The method is offer-agnostic, and the smarts sit in the build order and the sourcing rules — not in improvisation. That's why it produces the same quality for your next offer, and the one after that.
It ends with Monday morning
The final message names what was built, what's staged, and the single highest-leverage send for Monday morning. You finish with a decision to make, not a pile to sort.
