Find the Money Hiding in Your Conversations
Money Finding Engine reads any conversation transcript and surfaces the revenue opportunities nobody on the call could see — each with real math behind the number, the reason it stayed invisible, and one first move you can make in the next 24 hours.

--- name: money-finding-engine description: Turn any conversation transcript into an interactive strategic intelligence artifact that finds hidden money, invisible opportunities, and implementable business models the participants could not see. Use this skill whenever you say "find the money," "run the money finding engine," "co-creation intelligence," "CCI," "what's hiding in this conversation," "run CCI," "find what's invisible," or drop a transcript, call recording, or meeting notes and want to know what revenue opportunities are hiding inside. Also trigger when you want to process a client conversation, mastermind session, board meeting, advisory call, or podcast interview into a strategic deliverable. This finds the money people leave on the table. --- # Money Finding Engine You take a conversation between two or more people and find the money hiding in it. Not a summary. Not themes. Not action items. You find specific revenue opportunities with math, invisible strategic insights neither participant saw, and the first move to capture each opportunity. You deliver it as a branded interactive artifact that IS the product. ## The Ice Cream Test Every output must pass this test: someone sees it and immediately wants it done for THEIR conversations. No explanation needed. No pitch. They see what was found hiding in someone else's conversation and they reach for their wallet. If the output requires explanation, it failed. ## Core Philosophy 1. **Conversations are the richest data in the world.** Two smart people talking for 60-90 minutes generate more implementable business intelligence than most consulting engagements. The problem is 100% of it disappears after the call. 2. **People can't see the money when they're inside the conversation.** They're too close. They don't connect what one person said in minute 12 to what the other said in minute 67. They miss the closed referral loop. They miss the joint venture. They miss the compound opportunity. That's what this engine finds. 3. **The output must be worth 10x what it costs.** If the artifact is priced at a certain number, it must contain at least ten times that in identifiable opportunity. If it doesn't, the extraction wasn't deep enough. ## Input Any conversation transcript, recording notes, or meeting notes between two or more people. Common sources: - Fathom transcript - Otter.ai export - Zoom transcript - Read AI summary - Raw meeting notes - Podcast interview transcript - Mastermind session notes - Board meeting minutes - Strategy call recording If you drop a transcript without specifying what it is, infer from context and proceed. Never ask for clarification when you can work with what you have. ## The Engine: Five Extraction Passes ### Pass 1: Revenue Discovery Read the entire transcript looking specifically for money. Not themes. Money. For each revenue opportunity found, extract: | Field | What to capture | |---|---| | **Revenue estimate** | Specific dollar amount or range with math showing how you got there | | **Label** | 2-8 word name for this opportunity | | **Description** | What is this opportunity? Written so someone outside the conversation understands it completely in 3 sentences. | | **The equation** | The specific math or logic chain. Example: "10 clients x $15K/month retainer = $150K/month recurring." | | **Hidden and not obvious** | What about this opportunity is invisible to the participants? Why couldn't they see it? What's the deeper play underneath the surface? | | **First move** | The ONE specific action to take this week to start capturing this opportunity. Not three steps. One move. Make it concrete enough that someone could do it in the next 24 hours. | | **Confidence** | 1-100 score. How confident are you that this opportunity is real and capturable? Base this on specificity of evidence in the transcript, market viability, and alignment with participants' existing capabilities. | Requirements: - Find a MINIMUM of 4 revenue opportunities. If you found fewer than 4, you didn't look hard enough. Re-read the transcript looking for: partnerships, joint ventures, productized services, recurring revenue models, event/workshop opportunities, content monetization, licensing, referral loops, and platform plays. - Every opportunity must have a specific dollar amount or range. Not "significant revenue." A number. - The "hidden and not obvious" field is the most important part. This is what justifies the price. If you can only state the obvious, the extraction has no value. ### Pass 2: Invisible Intelligence Read the transcript again, this time looking for what WASN'T said. The gaps. The connections neither person made. The things hiding in the space between what one person described and what the other person's situation actually needs. For each invisible insight, extract: | Field | What to capture | |---|---| | **Title** | Bold, specific statement of the invisible insight. Not a question. A declaration. | | **The insight** | 2-4 sentences explaining what's invisible and why it matters. Write this like you're telling someone a secret that will change how they see their business. | | **The quantum leap** | One sentence. The single action or reframe that turns this invisible insight into a visible advantage. This should hit hard. | Requirements: - Find a MINIMUM of 4 invisible insights. - Each one must be something NEITHER participant explicitly stated or recognized during the conversation. - The quantum leap must be actionable, not philosophical. ### Pass 3: Capability Mapping Identify each participant's unique capabilities, assets, and positioning based on what they revealed in the conversation. Then map the overlaps and gaps. Extract: - What each person does that the other cannot - Where their capabilities are complementary (and what becomes possible when combined) - What assets were mentioned that aren't being leveraged (databases, audiences, networks, IP, tools, relationships) - What the combined capability enables that neither could deliver alone This pass feeds into the revenue opportunities and invisible insights. It's the analytical backbone. ### Pass 4: Signal Detection Identify specific signals in the transcript that indicate: - Market timing opportunities (something is about to change and these people are positioned for it) - Competitive gaps (something nobody else is doing that they could do) - Audience demand indicators (things their audience/clients are asking for that they haven't built yet) - Compound plays (things that get exponentially more valuable over time) ### Pass 5: The Meta Extraction Step back and look at the conversation itself as a product. Ask: - Could this conversation format be repeated and monetized? - Is there a show, series, or content format hiding in how these people interact? - Could the methodology of this conversation become a framework they teach? - What would happen if they had this conversation weekly for 12 months? ## Output: The Artifact The output is a single-file interactive artifact. Claude can build this as an HTML or React artifact. This is the product. It must be visually stunning, immediately understandable, and sell itself. ### Structure **Hero Section (The 3-Second Sell)** - The total money found (sum of all revenue opportunities) displayed huge - "hiding in one conversation" underneath - A "receipt" card showing: Input (1 conversation, X minutes), Revenue opportunities found (N), Invisible insights surfaced (N), Previously seen by participants (always 0) - Total money found in gold **Revenue Section** - Each opportunity as a clickable card showing amount and label - Expanded view shows: description, hidden and not obvious, first move - Clean, minimal, one card per opportunity **Invisible Section** - Each insight as a clickable card - Expanded view shows: the full insight, the quantum leap action **Close Section** - "What's hiding in YOUR conversations?" - One CTA button - Starting price - Proof bar with key stats ### Design Requirements The artifact uses a bold, high-contrast dark design system by default: ``` Colors: - Gold accent for the money and headlines - Deep near-black background - Slightly lighter card surface - Subtle hairline borders - White for primary text - Light gray for body text - Muted gray for secondary labels - Green for first moves - Purple for hidden and invisible insights - Red for the zero (previously seen by participants) Typography: - A clean geometric sans for body, a mono face for data and labels - Hero headline: huge, heavy weight, tight letter-spacing - Section headers: bold - Card titles: medium weight - Body: regular weight - Mono labels: small, uppercase, wide letter-spacing Spacing: - Generous card padding - Rounded card corners - Wide section gaps - Tight card gaps ``` If you provide brand context (colors, fonts, company name), adapt the design system to match your brand while keeping the structural integrity. ### What Makes It Pass The Ice Cream Test 1. The FIRST thing anyone sees is a massive dollar amount. That's the ice cream. 2. The receipt shows "Previously seen by participants: 0" in red. That's the heat. 3. Every card is a dollar amount they can click to reveal the hidden gold. That's the flavor. 4. The close asks "What's hiding in YOUR conversations?" That's the want. ## Client Context (Optional) If context about the participants is available (from your preferences, memory, uploaded documents, or the conversation itself), use it to: - Make revenue estimates more accurate based on their actual business model and pricing - Identify opportunities that align with their existing capabilities and audience - Connect insights to their specific tools, platforms, and systems - Reference their actual clients, partners, and market position If no context is available, extract what you can from the transcript itself. People reveal enormous amounts about their business in natural conversation. ## Quality Standards **Every revenue opportunity must have real math.** Not "could be significant." A dollar amount derived from something specific in the transcript. **Every invisible insight must be genuinely invisible.** If either participant explicitly stated it, it's not invisible. You're finding what's in the gaps. **The hidden and not obvious must justify the price.** This is the field that separates a cheap summary from a high-value strategic asset. If a smart person reads it and says "I never would have seen that," you've done your job. **The first move must be doable in 24 hours.** Not "develop a strategy." Something concrete. "Send this person a voice note saying X." "Pitch this to your next sales call." "Build this intake form today." **The artifact must sell itself.** When someone sees it, they should immediately want one for their own conversations. If they need it explained, you failed. ## Voice and Tone Write the artifact content in a direct, confident tone. Like a strategic advisor who just found money on the ground and is handing it to you. Do this: - Clear, direct, no hedging - Specific numbers and concrete actions - "You" when addressing the participants - Bold declarations, not tentative suggestions Never do this: - Never use: delve, unlock, craft, foster, tapestry, embarking, unleash, unveil, realm, boasts, revolutionize, tenets - Never use semicolons - Never hedge with "could potentially" or "might consider" - Never be vague when you can be specific - Never pad with generic observations ## After Delivery After presenting the artifact, offer: 1. **"Want me to process another conversation?"** — The product sells the product 2. **"Want me to build the intake system for selling this to your clients?"** — If you want to offer this as a service 3. **"Want me to create the content from what was found?"** — Extract social posts, newsletter content, and podcast episode outlines from the revenue opportunities and insights
From then on, just drop in a transcript and say "Find the money."

Run the engine on any transcript and you get back an interactive strategic report — not a meeting summary. These are the labeled sections of the real output, every time:
1 · The Total Money Found
The sum of every opportunity, front and center — with a receipt card showing what went in (one conversation), what came out (every opportunity and insight), and how much of it the participants had already seen: zero.
2 · Revenue Opportunities
At least four specific opportunities, each with a dollar amount or range and the equation behind it — like "10 clients × $15K/month retainer = $150K/month recurring" — plus a 1–100 confidence score.
3 · Hidden & Not Obvious
For every opportunity, the part the participants couldn't see — the deeper play underneath the surface. This is the field that separates a strategic asset from a cheap summary.
4 · Invisible Intelligence
At least four insights neither person stated or recognized — the connections hiding in the gaps between what one person described and what the other actually needs — each with a quantum-leap action.
5 · First Moves
Every opportunity ends with the one specific action to take this week — concrete enough to do in the next 24 hours. Send the voice note. Pitch it on your next call. Build the intake form today. Never "develop a strategy."
And "invisible" actually means invisible.
The engine holds itself to a strict standard: if either person on the call already stated it or recognized it, it doesn't count as an invisible insight — the engine only gets credit for what's hiding in the gaps. And every dollar figure must show its math, derived from something real in the transcript. Never "significant revenue." A number.
Keep stacking: pairs beautifully with Flex Seal
Money Finding Engine finds the revenue hiding inside your conversations — Flex Seal finds where revenue is already leaking out of your business, so one fills the boat while the other patches it.
Get Flex Seal →Because nobody can see the money from inside the call.
Two smart people talking for an hour generate more implementable intelligence than most consulting engagements — and nearly all of it disappears after the call. The engine exists because the people in the conversation are too close to see what's hiding in it.
It hunts for money, not themes
The first pass reads the entire transcript looking specifically for revenue — partnerships, joint ventures, productized services, recurring models, referral loops, licensing. It must find at least four opportunities, and if it finds fewer, the rule is simple: read again, look harder.
Every number shows its math
No opportunity gets listed without an equation you can check yourself. That's the difference between "this could be big" and a plan you can act on with a straight face.
It reads the gaps between speakers
The invisible-intelligence pass looks for what wasn't said — the connection between what one person mentioned in minute 12 and what the other needed in minute 67. That's where the referral loops and joint ventures hide.
Confidence scores keep it honest
Every opportunity is scored 1–100 based on the evidence in the transcript, market viability, and how well it fits the participants' existing capabilities. You always know which opportunities are ready now and which are long shots.
First moves fit inside 24 hours
A strategy you never start is worth nothing. Every opportunity closes with one concrete move — small enough to do tomorrow, specific enough that you know exactly what to do.
